  • On Monday September 17th we decided to go home via Death Valley after spending a few days at Thousand Island Lake in the Sierras. We climbed Mt. Whitney on July 4th of this year which is the highest point (14,505 ft) in the contiguous US. I really wanted to get to the lowest point (-282 ft) in the US in the same year. Death Valley although pretty stark is a very cool place to visit. I definitely want to go back some springtime and spend a few days
